What we do

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is a professional organization that serves the civil engineering profession and the public. Through the expertise of its active membership and staff, ASCE is the world's largest publisher of civil engineering content in the world, a leading provider of technical and professional conferences and continuing education, and a frontrunner in developing codes and standards that protect the public.

The objective of this ASCE Student Chapter is to introduce Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering students to the infrastructure industry through social and professional development events. We supplement this with community service opportunities, competition teams, and participation in the annual ASCE Carolinas Student Symposium.
